There are no limits on the number of meetings you schedule with VsceneCampus. A ‘host’ can effectively arrange hundreds in advance each month or year. Vscene easily gives you the ability of set up multiple recurring meetings, for every day, week or month with access from any room systems, mobile or desktop user.

When you schedule a meeting through Vscene, the service will automatically dial out to room systems and will terminate the call when the meeting ends. This makes it easier for teachers or lecturers to join meetings without having to worry about dialling IP or SIP addresses. The service is seamless.

Large Capacity Meeting Rooms

The VsceneCampus price plan supports up to 100 participants in each meeting room at any time so you can easily facilitate large online webinars, events, training sessions or large cross-organisational meetings. No matter how many participants are in your room, the quality will still be experienced in true high definition.

Extend the invite out to the Vscene community or to guests simply by their email address. Anyone can join from any device from anywhere.

Vscene Analytics Dashboard

Customise your interactive Vscene Analytics Dashboard with real-time charts on service utilisation, top users/departments and general meeting metrics. Export meeting and endpoint data from for further analysis in Microsoft Excel or Powerpoint.

With Live Meeting Control you can support active conferences with full moderation, troubleshooting tools and end-point management.

VsceneTeam is the perfect price plan for smaller organisations or departments within institutions to schedule video conferences and create collaborative Meetings Spaces that supports up to 30 of their team members in the same call. It also allows external users to join over desktop, mobile and room based systems too.



VsceneCampus allows for a much wider user base to access the more comprehensive features of Vscene, providing your organisation with 25 x Hosts to schedule conferences and create and manage Meeting Rooms. The scheduling function also support automated dial-out to room systems registered on the Vscene service.

Full administrator functions are also supported within VsceneCampus with 3 x Admin accounts providing the ability to manage your entire user base, create custom reports and manage your room system estate.



VsceneSuperOrg is the perfect price plan for institutions to provide a video collaboration service across all their departments and users. VsceneSuperOrg you can provide an unlimited service to a large number of hosts within multiple ‘child organisations’ or departments across your institution.

Each ‘child org’ can have their own individual Vscene plan and administrate their own users. You can also customise the application with your own logo and your institution’s colours.
