You can schedule an unlimited number of meeting with a VsceneCampus account. Each of your 25x Hosts can effectively arrange hundreds, weeks, months or even years in advance. Vscene easily gives you the ability of set up multiple recurring meetings, for every day, week or month with access from any room systems, mobile or desktop user.
When you schedule a meeting with Vscene, you can select the option to automatically dial out to Vscene-registered room systems and will terminate the call at the assigned meeting end time. This makes it easier for teachers and lecturers to join meetings without having to worry about dialling IP or SIP addresses.
Large in-call Capacity Supported.
VsceneCampus allows up to 100 in-call participants in each meeting at any time, meaning you can easily facilitate large online webinars, events, training sessions or large cross-organisational meetings. No matter how many participants are in your meeting, the quality will still be experienced in true high definition.

The Vscene service allows educators to bring together video conferencing meeting participants from all over the world whether they have expensive hardware endpoints or just a laptop with a webcam. The virtual room functionality enables people to join a video conference by simply following a URL and joining the conference via a web browser. The recording and streaming functionality are fantastic for sharing school events such as school productions or sports day. Easy to use and a great service.
