Organisation Connections
With Organisation Connections, you can send connection requests to other Vscene-registered Organisations and, once they have accepted your request, you can chat, share files and have meetings with users from that Organisation.
Sending a connection request
To connect with a Vscene-registered Organisation, an Admin from your Organisation must search for the Vscene-registered Organisation they wish to connect with by:
- accessing the Organisation page > ‘search‘ tab > using the search bar provided.

Once your Admin has found the desired Organisation using the search bar, they can simply press the ‘Connect‘ button to send a connection request.

Pressing ‘Connect‘ will send a connection request to the chosen Organisation, which when received can either be approved or rejected by that Organisation’s Admins.
Viewing, approving or rejecting Connection Requests
When you receive a Connection Request, you will be notified of this via a small notification bubble displayed next to the Organisation page button.

To view this request, select the Organisation button, and from the Organisation page, go to the ‘Connections‘ tab.
Here you can:
- See your ‘Received Requests‘, which you can either Accept or Decline.
- Track Connection Requests you have sent from the ‘Requests Sent‘ section that are still awaiting a response.
- Manage active Organisation Connections that you have from the ‘Connections‘ section, with the ability to view the Organisation’s details via their name or Delete the connection.

What can I do with my Organisation Connections?
When you are connected to other Organisation on Vscene, this gives the users of your Organisation the ability to collaborate with the users of another Organisation using Vscene.
With the ability to direct chat, shares files, have calls with and conduct collaborative discussions in Spaces, Organisation Connections takes Vscene’s connection and collaboration capabilities even further.
